4. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and advertising tools including Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Microsoft Advertising to understand website usage and measure our marketing. These tools may set cookies on your device. Analytics and advertising scripts are only loaded after you have given explicit consent via our cookie banner. Embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps are also only loaded after your consent. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. 5. Data Retention
We retain enquiry data for a maximum of 3 years, or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per the default retention settings of the respective platforms (GA4: 14 months).
Server log files are stored by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes and then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Application documents are deleted no later than 6 months after the application process ends, unless you have agreed to a longer storage period.
6. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with:
- Netlify (website hosting)
- Brevo (newsletter delivery and subscriber management)
- Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, YouTube video embeds, Google Maps)
- Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement)
- Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity behavioral analytics and session recording, Microsoft Advertising)
- LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (LinkedIn advertising and conversion tracking)
We may also work with other advertising and analytics providers to measure and improve our marketing. Any such provider is only used after you have given consent via our cookie banner, and this list is updated accordingly.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
